Revival Meeting with the Youngs

We had Revival Meetings this past week with Dave Young
and his family.  It was such a good, refreshing, challenging
time!  And I'm so glad to finally get to meet his family!
They're so sweet & fun!
Precious to watch the interaction between all the family
members.  You can tell that Dave & Bethlie really love &
respect each other!  Such a refreshing thing to see in this sad
day where too many couples just coexist!
Enjoyed a delicious lunch with the Youngs, Dave Corn,
Preacher, Scott, and our families on Wednesday!
The boys all matched with their Nike shirts :-)
We had a time for the teens with Dave Young after
the evening service on Wednesday.  It was so nice
to see him interacting with the guys.  I think they
really enjoyed talking with him too :-)
Dave Young suggested they all wave for a picture ;-)
Traveling with the Youngs are David & Joy Corn.
He is an evangelist specifically to young people.
I think they all enjoyed having him!  He also does
magic tricks - they loved that!  It was so fascinating!

A group of us went out to Red Robin after the service
on Friday night.  We came back to find my car like this!
It was trashed inside & out thanks to
Dave Young and crew! :-)

So, when he and his family left for a brunch the next
morning... we had fun with his truck & trailer! :-)
Nice artwork thanks to Naomi... :-)
We had fun joking around with him too & writing on his windows!
 And writing on his trailer!
(Don't worry - it comes off :-))
We like to make a lasting impression! ;-)
Thanks so much for coming, Young Family (even if
I did get my car trashed for it!).
Hope you all can come back again soon! :-)

Tab's Surprise Visit!

Tab surprised us with a visit for a few days!
SO good to see her again!!
Enjoyed lunch at Cottage Inn in downtown
Dexter & then had fun walking around downtown
and going to the Dexter Cider Mill.  Too bad it
wasn't open, though :-(  We still had fun spending
time together :-)
 What talent!
Too many "picture perfect" opportunities to pass up! :-)

 She's weird... but I love her :-)

 Love, LOVE this one! :-D

Went downtown for breakfast on Thursday morning.
So much fun being together again!
Enjoyed spending the day shopping with the girls! :-)
And we ended our time with Culver's for dinner.
Thanks so much for coming, Tab!  Surprise us anytime! :-)

Amanda's Visit

We so enjoyed having Amanda (aka Mooshoo ;-)) come
for a visit!  I think we need to make this a yearly occurrence! :-)
A group of us headed to Bronner's, Frankenmuth, and
Birch Run for the day!
I loved this saying that was up in Bronner's!
(By the way, Bronner's is the world's largest Christmas
store - if you haven't gone then you definitely should!)
 Frankenmuth - a cute "little village" :-)

Of course, had to get a picture for our
good friends - the Woody's! :-)
Bridge of Nations - so cool!
Enjoyed having Amanda join me for church on Sunday
and throughout some of the week for our Dave Young
Revival meetings.  Thank you for joining in our orchestra
and choir too, Amanda!  We appreciated your excellent service! :-)
Not the best picture, but had a lot of fun going out to eat
with Amanda and Sarah and some others one night after church.
Lots of shopping & catching up! :-)
Thank you SO much for coming, Mooshoo!
It was so much fun!  Come back anytime!
Love you!

Puppies!

Our dog, Molly, just had puppies a few weeks ago.
They are so cute!  These are the three that made it.
Five of them died :-(
 Baxter
 Reagan
 Woody
I think Reagan is my favorite! :-)  I love the name, too.
I brought the girls out to see the puppies.
 Julia was SO excited!
And Natalie was very observant :-)
I think they liked them alright ;-)
