"Off Week" at Galilee Baptist Church :-)

 Thomas, Leesie (or Lacey, as Thomas calls her :-)), and Janna

made blackberry pancakes on Saturday evening.  We had a

delicious "breakfast supper"! :-)

 They made all sorts of fun shapes out of them!

When I asked Thomas if he grew up always doing

this when they made pancakes, he said, "Of course!

That's the reason you make them!" :-)

 As you can see, they made everyone a pancake 

with the initial of their first name :-)

 We went to Pastor Hicks house on Sunday night after

church for some food & games! :-)

Krista, his daughter, is an awesome piano player!

 Poor Janna had a headache.. :-(

 Their painted wall was awesome!  I loved it!

 Some church people were there too..

Actually, it was a painting of a picture, that was

taken right before this man was rescued by a helicopter.

They had a black lab named "Scout"!

Made me think of Amanda's dog :-)

And also made me think of the black 

lab we used to have named Shadow..

I kept calling him Shadow, actually :-)

Funny story, so I was sitting watching

them play this crazy game, trying to figure

it out, when Thomas, who's also sitting there,

pipes up and says, "Tizzy, how would you like

to get to know Jessica better?"  Jessica is his

"special friend" :-)  I was like, "Sure!"  Not

exactly sure why he'd asked me, but okay..

He then proceeded to tell me that she was

coming the next day to visit!  Great!  I was

so excited!  I was then like, "Okay, so what does

that have to do with me getting to know her better,

though?"  He was like, "Oh, cause she'd be staying

with you!" haha my face must've been hilarious,

because Thomas just laughed!  I just wasn't expecting

that, but it's great! :-)  So, Jessica came.. see pics below!

All the girls seemed to hit it off really well with Jessica!

She's a great person & so much fun to be with! :-)

We had a blast with her, and it was so sweet of her

to take the time to play games and talk with us girls

as well!  Thanks for coming, Jessica!  We'll miss you!

Okay, so the girls have this thing that some certain

people really look like animals to them.. well, they

think that DJ looks like a mole, so they left this

little mole on his computer with this note on it :-)

The girls had picked blackberries with Thomas,

and then Thomas & Jessica made a pie.. yummy!

On Tuesday night, we had a little violin fun..

well, at least the girls & Thomas did since they all play! ;-)

had never seen him play!  He's amazing!

We went over to the Hodgens house (where the guys are staying) 

on Wednesday morning for a waffle, egg, fruit, sausage breakfast!  

It was wonderful & such an enjoyable time! :-)

Jessica couldn't make it though because she had to leave that

morning to make it back to Oregon, where she's working..

we missed you, Jessica!  Wished you could've come too!

On Wednesday night we went to an Indian family's

house for supper.. the day for lots of yummy food! :-)

As you can see, we had a fun-filled, exciting week,

and a busy one even without the War!
