My Pics from Phoenix, Arizona

We stayed with Mrs. Waycaster and her two daughters.
Her husband used to be the principal of the school.
They are such a sweet family!  I especially loved riding
into school with them in the morning and hearing them
tell what they were thankful for.  I thought that was a
good habit to do each morning as you start your day! :-)

Crystal had to hug a tree! :-)
 DJ is also a tree-hugger ;-)
Looks like it hurt him a bit more!

DJ teaching the girls how to tie a tie :-)
Mrs. Waycaster is a great cook!
We had chicken pot pie one night
and she had decorated each one :-)
Here's Catherine with her pot pie
Mine was a smiley face :-)
Christy showing off her Mom's work
So, one night we went to McDonald's after the War
to get some dessert, and this woman was there
who had been at the War that night!
So, our three minute McD's trip
ended up being about thirty! :-)
Like Crystal's updo done by the girls?! :-)
Thomas got to spend the afternoon watching
this little girl while her mom gave a violin lesson.
The girls enjoyed having her around too :-)
Transporting Stephanie to our together time :-)
There were some fellow Michigan fans there as well!
It just happens that we find each other :-)
Getting all decked out for the final War night!

 Crystal & Elise
They actually knew each other from BJU, so they
had fun catching up some this week!  I enjoyed
talking to Elise some about her past traveling
experiences with the Galkins :-)
The girls helped Matt put the scoreboards away
for their "acts of service" :-)  This was a big step
for them to help Matt like this.. ;-)

Kristopher & Elise
(The pastor's son and his wife)
Crystal was crying because we were about
to leave her "ant hills" :-)
Don't the "mountains" behind her look
like giant ant hills?!  She thought so!

Goodbye, Arizona... back to California we go!
