Amberlee's Birth!

Mary & I went up to Wisconsin to help Tina
with the birth of her third child.  It was fun
to take a trip together & see the kiddos again! :-)
On Friday night, Mary & I took Levi & Brooklyn
to Culvers for dinner & to do some shopping while
Steve & Tina enjoyed a banquet at camp.
Levi was my date for the night!  I couldn't have
asked for a better date - he's such a doll! :-)

We thought for sure Tina would go anytime, but she
stuck in there to celebrate Levi's 3rd birthday!
And she was still around for church on Sunday... :-)
Now is that precious or what?! :-)
When Mother's away... the kids sure do have fun! ;-)
Levi & Brooklyn just love each other... sometimes ;-)
It was great to see Emily Russ at Camp Joy too!
She was working her second summer there as a counselor.
And Tina still stayed around to watch the
kids enjoy most of the week of VBS at Mukwonago! :-)
The kids loved the petting farm!
Finally, she went in on Friday!  Well, but she
only did because she was scheduled to be induced
that day..  Amberlee was just too comfortable I guess! ;-)
Sad story, though... I watched both Levi & Brooklyn
on Friday morning so that Mary, Steve, and Tina could
go to the hospital.  We were on our way to VBS & all
the sudden I heard Brooklyn screaming & crying.  Levi, while
holding her hand, had yanked her elbow out of the socket :-/
So, Brooklyn & I ended up at the hospital with Tina,
Steve, and Mary!  Quick recovery for Brooklyn, though,
as you can see in the pic above :-)  She thought it was
pretty neat that both her and Mommy had hospital bands.
Brooklyn & I enjoying dinner together
before we go to see Amberlee!
 Brooklyn's excited... can't you tell?! :-)
She kept saying, "Amberlee's coming!"
It was too cute! :-)
Big sister loves her baby sister. :-)
 She's absolutely precious!
But, of course, what did I expect?! ;-)
 Tina looked absolutely amazing!
This picture was taken only hours after Amber was born!

Levi absolutely loved his baby sister as well! :-)
He kept wanting to hold her & he told everyone
that they could "pet" Amberlee. ;-)

Congrats, Tina & Steve!  Glad we could be there
to welcome Amberlee Brianne Rains into this world! :-)
